ACCOUNT MANAGER  (Remote-US)

Your Role 

TrackStreet is looking for an Account Manager to generate cross and upsell sales as the critical link between our company and our clients. Through creating long-term, trusting relationships you will uncover new opportunities and ensure that clients see maximum value from our solutions.  You will be instrumental in helping TrackStreet scale while maintaining a world-class client experience leveraging your unique skill set to retain and grow accounts through renewals, expansions, upsells, & add-ons. 

Account Management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, uncovering additional client needs, processing contracts,  following up on opportunity leads from the Customer Success team, the Account Executive team and the CX/onboarding team. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire client experience.

Ultimately, a successful Account Manager is an essential part of our sales organization keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run. They exceed KPI and quota targets on a consistent basis.  They are able to follow processes and continuously seek feedback and data to better perform their job.  They maintain a growth mindset and have the ability to manage change on an ongoing basis.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and Retain Clients: Develop deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, uncovering new business opportunities, and leading client expansions, upsells, and renewals.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Onboarding teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of TrackStreet’s solutions, keeping clients engaged and satisfied.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently hit or surpass revenue targets, KPIs, and quotas through proactive sales efforts, follow-ups, and identifying new opportunities within your assigned book of business.
  • Lead Sales Engagement: Facilitate sales conversations through phone, email, online meetings, product demonstrations and in-person visits, following a defined sales process and ensuring right fit of our solutions and long term client success. 
  • Handle Contract & Billing Escalations: Manage and resolve client Contract and Billing challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions that protect and enhance the client relationship.
  • Report on Success: Maintain accurate, up-to-date reports on account status, sales performance, and client health.

What You Bring 

  • Proven Experience: You have a strong background in growth sales, account management, or client success, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or brand protection. If you’ve worked in retail, Amazon, or eCommerce technology, even better!
  • Client-Focused Mindset: You excel at building strong relationships with clients and can influence decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Sales Drive: You are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. You are proactive, resourceful, and know how to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent Communicator: Your ability to present, negotiate, and listen helps you build rapport with clients and team members alike.
  • Detail-Oriented: You are highly organized and skilled at managing multiple accounts, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Adaptable and Curious: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a growth mindset and a passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, HubSpot, Zendesk, and other digital tools. Familiarity with website development, digital marketing, and analytics is a plus.

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Growth Sales Rep, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Client Success Manager).
  • SaaS or eCommerce experience preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Flexible Spending Account(FSA) - The FSA is a pre-tax benefit account for healthcare and dependent care services. 
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - The EAP provides confidential support and guidance for matters that range from personal issues you might be facing to providing information on everyday topics that affect your life. 
  • 401(k) Deferred Compensation Plan - Employees are eligible to participate in our 401k plan after six (6) months of service. The company provides a match of up to 4%. 
  • Flexible Time Off  - TrackStreet employees can partake in our Flexible Time Off policy, which allows employees to dictate for themselves the number of days off they need throughout the year. 
  • Paid Leave for Maternity/Paternity/Adoption  - TrackStreet provides four (4) weeks of full-pay paid parental leave in addition to any benefits received through state programs and/or employer-sponsored disability insurance.
