Associate Product Manager (Remote-LATAM)

Your Role 

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and customer-facing teams to help shape the future of our platform, including how we leverage AI and automation to deliver smarter, faster, and more scalable solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Strategy & Roadmap
    Assist in defining the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and emerging AI-driven opportunities.
  • Research & Insights
    Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and track competitors to identify opportunities
  • Requirements & Documentation
    Draft user stories, use cases, and business requirements that guide design and development, including features that leverage AI models for insights, automation, or anomaly detection.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver customer-focused features and functionality.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Support
    Contribute to launch planning and execution, including internal enablement, demos, and product documentation.
  • Post-Launch Analysis
    Monitor adoption and performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and help optimize TrackStreet products over time.
  • Execution & Delivery
    Participate in backlog grooming, feature testing, and acceptance reviews against criteria. Support defect tracking and resolution with a focus on supporting customer workflows and use cases.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in product, project coordination, business analysis, or a related field (internships count).
Skills & Qualities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in SaaS products.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn while growing into a Product Manager role.
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and Agile/Scrum workflows.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications, data analytics, or automation workflows.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Figma, or BI platforms.
